Setting Defaults in Word 2000

How do I set "Suppress Widows & Orphans" as a default in Word 2000? It's
hard to get an even number of lines on a page otherwise.
 
Change the relevant paragraph setting in the normal paragraph style (or your
preferred body text style) and click add to template on the way out. Save
normal.dot when prompted on closing Word.
