Dividing material over two pages

I know how to have Word adjust for widows and orphans. Is there a way to
make every line in a table, or every part of a particular section, not get
divided over two separate pages? See the screenshot linked:

want the words "Agricultural Price Declines in the 1920s" always to start a
new page, but I do want to set Word to never chop this up this table and its
title. How can I do this?

Select both of the two lines of the table title and the two header rows of
the table, right-click and select Paragraph, click the Lines and Page Breaks
tab of the dialog, and check the option for Keep With Next.

It doesn't look like there is a way to make this happen automatically, is
there--because it would have to be applied to a specific unit that is not to
be divided, correct?

OK saw in Suzanne's article (the one you linked to) how to enable some of
this by default (in the normal template)--in the table properties dialog,
unselect "Allow row to break across pages." That should keep my tables
together, although if table titles become an orphan I can always take care
of that manually with your suggestion about "keep with next."

It looks like none of this can be set to be default, on the normal template.
"Keep with next," as well as table properties (set to not allow rows to
break) both require something to have this setting affixed to--at least from
what I can tell.

"Keep with next" can be made part of one or more paragraph styles,
which you can apply as needed. You can create one style for the main
table title, another for the subtitle, and a third for the table body.

Although both Word 2003 and Word 2007 have table styles, it appears
that only Word 2007 allows you to include "do not allow rows to break"
in a custom table style. In Word 2003, that check box is checked and
greyed out when I try.
