Setting Default Zoom in Forms

I am sharing an Access 2003 database with a colleague. When she opens any form in the db, the default zoom looks to be about 150%. She needs to reduce the zoom to capture all data found in a particular form with print screen.

Have tried changing form property AutoResize = no, selecting overall Default View as single form but larger zoom view still persists. Did search through a few Access forums on this site and was unsuccessful.
