setting default view in Word

I recently got a new PC with Word 2003. When I open Word attachments in
e-mails, the default view is Reading Layout. I want to change the default
view to Print Layout, but cannot locate how/where to do this.

Hi Jo,

In Tools > Options > General, uncheck "Allow starting in Reading Layout".
