setting default program for photos

How do I make Adobe Photoshop the default for opening
pictures, my Dell still opens into Image Expert unless I
go through Adobe first then open the file. Thanks

Open Windows Explorer, find a photo, right click on it and click Open With,
then choose program. Pick what you want from the list and make sure to
check the box that states "Always use the selected program to open this type
of file".
