Setting Days of Week in Rows

I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I couldn't find anything. What I am trying to do is to format multiple rows with a specific day of the week. For example, my first row A1 is Tuesday, March 30, 2004 and the next row I want to be the last Tuesday of April. I would also like to be able to adjust in different worksheets to be every other Tuesday, or the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Any suggestions?
