Setting custom header widths

When creating a custom header, is there any way to set the
width of the custom header to other than the default
width? Specifically, I would like to make it wider, and
not 'let' it wrap to the next line.

Hi
use the center header box to use the complete paper width. There's no
setting to change this width (AFAIK)
