Hi,
I have a question about enabling autoupdate in Windows 2000 and XP.
Currently we have autoupdate disabled in all our remote computers. However,
we'd like to change that so that all remote computers can do their updates
on their own. I understand that autoupdate needs the local administrator's
right to do it.
Is there any way so that we can configure the machines to have their
autoupdate enabled, but avoid visiting all the remote computers one by one?
For example, something like an installation package that can change the
settings so that we can send the package to remote users. Have them run the
package and the settings are changed.
This sounds to me like a tough nut to crack. Thanks in advance.
