HELP!!!

I have Win2K SP4 and all of a sudden I can't change any Autoupdate settings.

I am logged in as administrator and now its set to Automatically download
and install updates daily.

I have never turned autoupdate on and now I can't turn it off. All options
are unavailable.

I did a virus scan and spyware scan all with the latest .dats and found nada.

How do I fix this?

Been there. It was a while back though. Seems it was based on some update
that came down. If I remember right I couldn't log on as any administrator I
had to log on specificly with the built in admin account.

Sorry my memory isn't much better. :-(
