setting "Any part of field"

Hi,

i have a form where my users use the binocular button in the toolbar or the
binocular button i put on the form to find a record. However in the "Find
and Replace" dialog the default setting for the "Match" parameter is "Whole
Field". Is there a way i can make the default setting being "Any part of
field"?
