Setting a wallpaper/background/screensaver for XP users on a Win2K domain

Hi,

I'm looking to set our company logo as the background and also a
specific screensaver for all users on the domain. I also need to
restrict the users from changing the settings, or I need the settings
to refresh every now and then. I'm guessing there is some kind of
group policy or logon script, but I'm not really too sure how to go
about it.

Desktop wallpaper and screen saver policies can be set using the Group Policy
MMC snap-in. These settings are located within: User
Configuration\Administrative Templates\Control Panel\Display
