SETTING A MACRO FOR PRINTING A WORD DOC

I would like to set a default or macro to only print the
current page of our word doc. We use word as a log book
and always print the last page each shift. It's common to
not select print current page only so we would like to
make it fool proof?

That's the first macro I always suggest to record when teaching someone. You
can easily record that one, and put the button right up next to the Printer
button. That way, it's easy to catch if you want to use that button instead
of the regular print button. Here's how to record a Word macro and assign it
to a toolbar button:

Hope this helps!
