How do i use a gpo if possible to set a default login domain for windows xp
or 2000

If your domain is MyDomain.com, set the following string data type Value Names at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

AltDefaultDomainName to MyDomain
DefaultDomainName to MyDomain
CachePrimaryDomain to MyDomain
