SetFocus w/new record in form

What event or how else can I set the focus of a form if the user uses the
navigation arrows to move to the next record? Everytime the user goes to a
new record, whether on open or via navigation arrows, I want to set the focus
to the 'Call Notes' field but I can't figure out what event to use.
