Set week starting day in Access

I want to change the week starting day from Sunday to Monday
I have Access 2000 (9.0.2812).

Take a look at the Help file for DatePart or Function. Both accept
firstdayoftheweek as an optional 3rd argument.

More Info to my problem
I am tring to group a payroll report. Our payroll begins on Monday.
If there is work done on Sum. it shows up in wrong week.
