Set up meetings with multiple time options

I am setting up training sessions. The employees have a choice of three
different times when they can attend. I would like to send out one
appointment and have them choose the session they will attend.

I don't know about doing that in a calendar item - you can use voting buttons
(View | Options | Use voting buttons) in a regular mail, then send out a
meeting notice once people have voted. Hope that helps!

I have been using the voting buttons and then sending out the meeting. I am
trying to get this down to a one step process. Thanks for your reply.

I actually posed the same question earlier today. Keep checking the
responses for today. Hopefully we'll both get an answer. I have the same
scenario and didn't want to use the vote buttons or send multiple invites for
each meeting time.
