Set up fax that when users go in it automatically personalises?

How do I set up a blank fax document on a shared network so that when
different users open the document. It automattically puts in there
information.

This document may change over time so using a regular macro wouldn't work.

Use Property fields. Insert-->Field.
You can find the property field names under File-->Properties.
