I need to set up a broadband internet connect (PPOE) with user name and
password on WIN2000 SP4 machine. Win2000 internet connection wizard does not
have option for broadband with username and password. How can I do this?

Thanks in advance

Either use the software provided by your ISP, or, better still, get an
inexpensive broadband router/firewall that can handle this, and do NAT and
DHCP.

Vanilla windows doesn't do PPOE. You need either some additional software,
such as winpoet or external hardware as someone else mentioned.
