Set proxy via Policy Profile

I am probably being blind but I can't see a way of setting a users's
proxy server via a policy profile. Can anyone help?

In the Group Policy mmc go to User Configuration>Windows Settings>Internet
Explorer Maintenance>Connection and select Proxy settings
