File, Print, click on the properties of the printer.
BTW there are NGs for both Windows 2000 and for Office (general), you are

Thanks but that only sets it for that time it reverts back to "normal". What are BTW & NGs.
If you go to the printers folder (Control Panel -> Printers) and change the
preferences there, they should "stick". This depends somewhat on the
driver, but works for everything that I've seen.
