Set Print Area

Quattro Pro has a feature that allows one to print two
different areas of a spreadsheet on the same page with a
number of lines between each area which can be set by the
user. Does Microsoft Excel have such a feature? Whenever
I try to print two areas, each is printed on a different
page.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Maybe you can create a worksheet with a picture of both ranges on it:

Insert a new worksheet
Edit|copy the first range
shift-Edit|Paste Picture Link (on that new worksheet)
Back for the second range
and shift-edit|Paste picture link (right near your first pasted picture link).

And by pasting a link, you can change the original range and your picture will
update right away.

(Keep that worksheet as long as you want and print from there???)

I have written a brand new Excel add-in "Print Selections Only".

It prints selections from all worksheets in the active workbook.
Selections are printed, one above the other, on one or more consecutive pages.
If no selections have been made (a single cell selected on all sheets) then all
Set print areas are printed, stacked one above the other.
You can also specify the number of blank rows that appear between each selection.

Its easy to use, comes with a one page Word.doc install/use instructions file
and its free upon direct request. Remove xxx from my email address.
