Set Options Programmatically

Hello,
I'm must wondering how I can set the options programmatically. We are
deploying Windows Defender and want everyone to have the same settings
without them having to go into the GUI and set them themselves. Any help on
this would be appreciated.

Windows Defender is not appropriate for enterprise deployment. It is not
now, and will not be, manageable in the ways that you will need for such
use.

The Microsoft product that will be designed for such use is Microsoft Client
Protection:
