Hello I am using PowerPoint 2003
Is there a way to add a new digram style (one done in company colours) and
save this as the default setting.

Yes, see this, Create or Customize Templates

Hi, thanks for your reply. Im still a bit lost. I know how to create
templates, but do not how to get my customised organisational chart saved
into the template as the default. So that everytime a person clicks the
chart the correctly formatted one will appear. Hoping you can help. Cheers

I personally don't do much with charting in PowerPoint, hopefully someone else
would step in. I would create a slide with the formatted chart layout and save
that as part of your template. Then, whenever it is required it is required, it
is just a matter of copying as needed

Unfortunately there's no way to specify default diagrams or charts in a
template. The closest you'll really get is to create a slide with a sample
chart or diagram on it and instruct users to copy it and change the data as
necessary.
