Set IP Address for RAS Server when RRAS Service starts

How can I set the IP Address for the interface "Internal" just when the RRAS
Service starts?

Normally this address is provided when the first RAS Client is connected or
never..
I want to use this Address always when the server runs and for example ping
it from the LAN.

If you use static pool of IP address allocation on the RAS server then
generally the first IP address in the pool will be set as the internal
adapter.

Yes, thats right. But this address is (from the LAN) not available until the
first RAS/Routing Connection ist established.
I want to use / PING this address before any Client is connected.
