Set Excell 2007 to open new from G drive

I would like to set my Excell to open new from a certain drive or folder. I
could do this in Excell 2003, but can not find in 07. Can someone help?

Office button (colourful ball in left top corner)
Excel Options (lower right of dialog)
Save (tab in left column)
Save Files (top of right column)
Default File location... type the full path required
Ok out of Options

Office Button > Excel Options > Save > then supply info.

There is a free, online, tool supplied by Microsoft to help answer questions
like this:

It presents a 2003-style Excel interface. You enter the commands as in 2003
and the tool shows you what the equivalent 2007 sequence is.
