Set criteria based on other column criteria

Hi all,
I hope someone can help me.... I am trying to set criteria to a date field
that exceeds 15 days consecutively based on criteria set from other fields
in the same table. I would like to see only those records exceeds 15 days
consecutively.
If any one could tell me how to build that specific date criteria it would
be extremely helpful.
