1)Create your chart
2) Right click the value axis (assuming it's the Y-axis)
3) Format axis => Scale
4) Set Minimum to zero

That's it,

Joerg

In the format axis => scale

it says that the minimum value is 1.

"Category(X) axis scale" -- shouldn't is say (Y) axis scale? Can't
find this

my options are:

1.

Value Y axis crosses at category number (1) '1 is minimum.

2.

Numbers of categories between thick-mark labels also set to 1 which is
minimum

3.

Numbers of categories between thick-mark1 = 1

Value (Y) crosses between categories 'this is marked

Categories in reverrs order

Value(Y)axis crosses at maximum category

thats all I can see. can't finde anywhere where is says minimum.

I am using excel 2000

thx
