?set Calendar to open with current week as second row?

I would like the Calendar in Outlook (In Month View) to open with the current
week as the second row. That way, even at the end of the month you'll be
able to see last week, this week, next week, and two more weeks into the
future.

Currently if you open Calendar near the end of the month all you see is the
past.

Not configurable with the current versions of Outlook.
