Session has expired

My friend got error message during surfing, something like: "Your
session has expired. The page can not be displayed unless your personal data
resubmited. Click refresh to view this page." The strange thing is that it
is not a dialog box but it is web page. After clicking on refresh IE button,
first page (not current) of web site show up. On my PC everything works just
fine. Am I missing some settings (cookies, security...)?

I would suggest that you have a corrupt cookie, or the cookie folder in its
entirety is corrupt. For advice on how to fix your problem, have a look at
