Hi Milly;
Thank you for responding. I pasted the exact message below (it's long -
beware). It should give you most of the info you requested. I am attempting
to get into Outlook via the web from a provided link (I work at Intel
Corporation, but have an email account from outside that I need to work with
as well, and this is the one giving me constant issues). I have a feeling it
has something to do with a firewall, but as I stated earlier, I had Intel
disable their firewall system and it still does not work. Two of my
coworkers are having the same problem, and they are also both trying to
access the same link through Intel's system. In the message below, where it
says "Your session has expired. To continue your work, please re-enter your
alias or your e-mail address and password, and then click Log On" I also
receive a similar variation to this message: "You could not be logged on to
Outlook Web Access. Make sure your Username and password are correct, and
then try again." I know for a fact they are correct (it even opens up my
account for a split second) but it gives me this message over and over again
anyhow.
Below is the entire message:
"If you are seeing this login page for the first time, it means you are
seeing an updated version of Outlook Web Access. Once logged in, it will look
and feel like Outlook 2003. There is much more functionality and speed than
the previous version. You will find an overview of the features of Outlook
2003 at this web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/outlook/prodinfo/overview.mspx. There is
also a short 5 minute recording demonstrating the features and functionality
of OWA 2003 at this link:
http://www306.placeware.com/cc/skanska/viewRecordings.
When you go there the Meeting ID is OWA2003 and the password is OWA.
Your session has expired. To continue your work, please re-enter your alias
or your e-mail address and password, and then click Log On

Client (what's this?)
Premium
The premium client provides all Outlook Web Access features.
Basic
The basic client provides fewer features than the premium client but
offers faster performance. Use the basic client if you're on a slow
connection.
Security ‎(what's this?)
Public or shared computer
Select this option if you use Outlook Web Access on a public computer.
Private computer
Select this option if you are the only person who uses this computer. Your
Exchange server will allow a longer period of inactivity before logging you
off.
Warning: By selecting this option you acknowledge that the computer
complies with your organization's security policy.
To protect your account from unauthorized access, Outlook Web Access
automatically closes its connection to your mailbox after a period of
inactivity. If your session ends, refresh your browser, and then log on
again. "

Let me know if you can help!
Thanks

Bummer. Care to share some useful information?
What version of Outlook? What type of session are you using? OWA? Local
logon? Exact message?

After furious head scratching, 64 1/2 Mustang asked:
| I cannot get into my account without it automatically kicking me out,
| telling me that my session has expired, and I need to re-log on.
| This happens the second I log in. And if it finally lets me in to
| look at my in-box, it makes me log back in to check each and every
| email. I cannot respond, forward, or create new email messages
| because it tells me that my session has expired. I cannot change my
| options, or do any other task in this program. This all started when
| Outlook was upgraded. I work at Intel, so I thought it was a
| firewall, but I had IT disable their firewall system, and it is still
| happening.
