services.exe and leventmgr.exe using 100% of my CPU

Services.exe is stuck at 60-70% of my CPU. Leventmgr.exe is stuck at 30-40%.
I cannot stop these processes by clicking end process. How can I stop these
processes or what could be wrong?

Well, Leventmgr.exe is part of the Cisco Security Agent.

Since Cisco products are not generally consumer oriented, but rather
corporate network oriented, you might best start by consulting with your IT
people. There may be other network issues causing this, that they need to
deal with.
