ServicePakFiles, $NTUninstallXXXXXXXX folders

I have a series of the above mentioned folders. Can I
safely delete the above folders/files to reclaim HD space?
 
Those folders are only 60 Meg on my disk and I don't need
space that bad. If you delete them you won't be able to
uninstall any of those patches, but I don't think those
folders are used any time other than a patch uninstall.
