Service UG

In my Services (local) window I have a Service called UG. Right clicking on
it and then Properties provides no information as to its source or what it
does. It has no Dependencies. It is not Started and is Manual. I can nothing
find in Google. A candidate for removal?

I've never heard of it. If you asked me, I would say yes to remove it.
