Service providers in Frontpage

I want to publish my personal web page using Microsoft
Frontpage using my service provider Roadrunner. However,
when I use the Microsoft Frontpage installed in the
Windows XP of my PC, the publishing wizard supplies just
one option, MSN Groups. Is there a way to work around
this, or a way to include options other than MSN Groups?

Use File | Publish, and input the address of the web. Publish only remembers
the last web you published to.
