Service Packs

I am trying to find service Pack's packs 3 or 4 to load
the installation software for a APC back up 500 in
windows xp

are these available and were

Jerry --

There is only one (1) Service Pack for Windows XP, SP1,
and that's all you need to install the APC software.

You can download the latest APC software from here:
http://www.apcc.com/tools/download/

Select "APC PowerChute Personal Edition" for Windows XP.
