Service Packs

I would like to know how other people deploy there service
packs.

We have 200 clients, on windows 95, 98, 2000 and XP. We
also only have a small link to the internet so the
microsoft auto update is disabled on the clients. We also
dont use AD yet.

Now has everybody will already know it is time consuming
when having to walk around the 2000 and xp machines to
update the service packs. Then once they are update
another service pack/fix is available.

Any advice is welcome.

Using W2K Software Update Services (SUS) or distributing the service pack
through a domain GPO does the trick and saves the legs. You could also
deploy via a simple script as well.
