Service Pack requirements for W2K

Hi,

I can run W2K wihout problem, but cannot boot up after installing either SP3
or SP4. (See my previous post--"Inaccessible boot device after installing
SP3 or SP4").

Could it be that SP3 and SP4 require a more recent version of the BIOS?

What about file system? Can all W2K SPs be installed on either FAT32 and
NTFS?

I couldn't find anything about this on the MS web site.
