I was applying svc pk 4 to one of our computers and it was
taking to long to load. CNtrl, alt Delete to stop it and
then shut down machine. Now the hard drive has crashed
any suggestions on recovery..

What do you mean by 'crashed'? What does exactly happen and where does it
crash?
