Service pack 4 cannot uninstall

I just uninstalled the service pack in win2k professional but found the
service pack 4 still in the OS. I click the Help in Windows Explorer|About
Windows, it shows there is Service Pack 4.

Ah, yes.
I remeber the first time I applied the service pack 4 and I found my machine
had been only updated to service 3.
Then I reapplied again then I got the my OS updated to service 4.

So what should I do now to revoke to the original version of Win2K
Professional ?
