Service Pack 3/4 install problems

When installing service pack 4 (or 3) i get the following
blue screen error. Can anyone help? SP 1 currently
installed on the machine.

stop: 0x00000050 page_fault_in_non_paged_area address
BAC73841 base at BAC65000, DateStamp 3a27ebad - fsorion.sys

I am having the same issues, it is caused by the F-Secure Anti-virus
software. Stop the service wile applying service packs.
