Service Pack 2

I need to install Service Pack 2 on 300+ systems. Is there a command line
switch or option that would allow me to turn off the Firewall and
Autoupdates. The only other option is to visit every desktop after the
install and turn these off through the GUI.

Hi

If the computers are members of an Active Directory domain, you can
use Group Policy for this.

If no AD, here is some tips for the Firewall part:
