Help!
I have auto updates but when I checked to make sure all the updates are
currant the service pack 2 upgrade shows as cancelled.
When I go to the web site to try to download it (or let them do it for me)
it will not download, doesn't become available to me.
It appears as it thinks I already have it or something???
It does scan for all available updates and sevice pack 2 does not come up,
it says all updates are up to date????
How can I install the service pack 2 update??
