service pack 2

auto update dowloaded & installed service pack 2,however
it does not show popup blocker or windows firewall on
internet explorer. there seems to be 2 service pack 2
updates in add - remove programs. what gives?

Bad answer. You are running SP1, that's why the SP2 stuff doesn't show up.

Yes, Security Center shows up in Control Panel for SP2.

Winver gives the following info:
Version 5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158 : Service Pack 2)

Your Winver info may vary somewhat. It might because of where I DL'd SP2
from vs. the "retail" release of SP2.
