service pack 2

I have downloaded service pack 2 twice and removed it twice by rolling back
the date it creates DR WATSON to keep locking up, and I receive error
messages all the time I have another computer exactly the same computer and
programs it and never bothered it at all very strange? So I will not
download service pack 2 again unless I have a guarantee that it works.
