Service pack 2 question

Hi,
I'm running XP professional on my laptop. After
installing service pack 2, the startup splashscreen says
Windows XP. It used to say Windows XP Professional. OK,
this my be trivial, but did I get downgraded to XP upon
installing SP2?? Can I change the startup splashscreen??

It was changed by design. All versions have the same splashscreen now.
No way to change it. You still have Pro.
