Service Pack 2 Problem HELP!

I've installed the service pack 2 twice, and removed it twice for the below
problem.

After I install it, I keep getting a pop up that tries to install Microsoft
Money 2002 or something.

Can someone please help me out in keeping this from occurring? I'm going to
try to reinstall it again now.
