Karen

Hi,

I have just changed my hard drive and reinstaled all my
software and reloaded all my old documents and folders.

I have just come to work on a web page using FP 2000 but
get the error 'server error: cannot open file "C:/my
documents/mywebs/myweb2/_vti_pvt/service.lck" for writing'.

I cannot even save a new web page let alone save an old
one if I cipy the html over and it wont open any of my old
web files.

Is this because my computer has been wiped and
reinstalled - something to do with users or privileges?

What can I do?

Thanks, Karen

If you "reloaded" from a CD, remove all read only attributes from all files/folders in your FP webs
