Service control manager errors

Hello,

I am having some problems related to the service control
manager. In the event viewer every 30 seconds it gives
error 7011. In the description it say that it's timed out
wait for a transaction responce from various services such
as RESvc, SMTPSVC, W3Svc & POP3SVC. This server is also
our Exchange server. Earlier in the day it was causing the
Information store service to stop. Does anyone know how
to correct this problem?
