server unexpected reboot and bugcheck

Hi there,
I just had motherboard replaced on a Dell Poweredge 2650 server along with
the memory and I am still getting the old error 6008 and a new error 1001 on
top of that:
-error 6008 unexpected reboot
-error 1001 computer has reboot from a bugcheck
I also have 2 GB memory.dump file, I do not know what to do with it. What
should I do? Thanks a lot, Calin
