Server-side javascript to detect cookie in browser for Broadvision Application

Have anyone know on how to detect cookies enable or disable in browser
from server side.I am working on Broadvision application.Broadvision
script_library allows only BroadVision server-side JavaScript pre-
processor.Broadvision dont have any api's support for the cookie
functionality.

Broadvision not allow the client-side objects inside the server side
javascript.

Anyone help on this is appreciated?
